|The Chair for Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy cordially invites you to the annual symposium of the DGPs (German psychological society) in the Mannheim Palace. The motto of our congress is “Basic and applied Psychotherapy Research Hand in Hand." With your contributions, we would like to illustrate how basic research in biological and cognitive psychology can be combined with modern models of psychopathology and innovative intervention methods. The symposium will include an international track in English, as well as support for students attending the conference from abroad. We are looking forward to your attendance and your scientific contributions.|
we know that the Sars-CoV-2 pandemic raises many questions regarding your congress and travel plans. In Baden-Württemberg, even university courses have now been suspended until 20th April.
Meanwhile, our preparations for the conference in May are in full swing and we hope that the situation will improve by then. Of course, we are constantly in touch and consulting with the responsible authorities and the DGPs. Should this result in a need for changes, we will of course inform you immediately.
Due to the current situation, the registration of participants is temporarily suspended. As soon as registration is possible again, we will inform you here.
With the best wishes for your health
Georg Alpers and the congress team
